FAQ

How do I rent?

Please book an appointment to come over, view and rent or reserve your preferred items.  Please use the booking appointments system on the "Home" page, or send us an email at info@popsicle.asia or use ‘Contact’ link above. We are located in Singapore, 10 minutes walk from Mattar MRT. 

 

We accept cash payments, PayNow or PayLah. 

 

After your trip, please return us the items in good condition within 3 days. 

 

Can we try out the winter clothes before renting? 
Yes, of course. Please book an appointment through the booking system on the website. 

 

What are the prices stated on the website?
Quoted prices are per week rental. Minimum rental period - 1 week. For longer periods, please enquire via an email.

 

What happens if I am late in returning the items? 
We expect you to return the items within 3 days after your arrival back in Singapore. Otherwise there will be an additional charge.

Do you deliver? 

We are able to courier to anywhere within mainland Singapore. A transport fee of $15 will apply.

 

Can I rent your products for longer periods?

Yes. Please let us know the items and dates that you are interested to rent. 

 

Are your products clean?

All of our items are carefully cleaned prior to being rented out. Please note you do not need to worry about having your rented items cleaned upon your return. We will take care of that ourselves.
